Owens Law Firm is a “Third Generation” locally owned and operated law firm. The foundation of the Owens Law Firm is built on the values inspired by Don G. Owens, Jr. Mr. Owens, began his law practice in Memphis in the late 1940s and practiced law until the age 84. He brought his rich experience to the practice that his sons and grandson now operate. Older son Don G. Owens, III, joined Mr. Owens in the practice in 1972 after serving his country in the U.S.M.C. 1968-1971. His younger son Andrew joined the firm in 1981 and grandson, Nicholas J. Owens, Jr. joined the firm in 2002.
Each Owens’ Attorney brings a unique experience to the table. All three of the Owens Law Firm attorneys are licensed in Tennessee with Nicholas having licenses in Mississippi and Arkansas as well. Andrew Owens frequently conducts lecturer seminars, C.L.E., regarding insurance and trial topic.
